FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS: Prasad, Lunch and Dinner will be served.

MEMBERSHIP FEES : Those who have not yet paid your Membership Fees ( Family $60, Single $30), please e-transfer the same separately with your full name/ family details in the comment section.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Please e-transfer your Durga puja subscription and Membership fees separately to info@bbc3.ca with your full name and details.

2. Handover your cheque to an Executive Committee Member or Director near you.

3. Cheque /Cash at the Hall. 

PLEDGE:

We request you to please come forward with any donation/ pledge amount to support BBC3's yearly set-up expenses or for sponsoring Puja, Lunch or Dinner for 3rd ,4th or 5th October 2025.

DONATION ON ITEMS/ MAGAZINE GREETINGS: 

You may donate for the expenses like Priest (5X$200), Flowers (3X$150), Puja Upakaran (5X$100) with your event subscription or offer Sari/ Dhuti, etc. 

Magazine half page greetings with your photo: Platinum : $1000 and up; Diamond : $750 to $999; Gold : $500 to $749.

Shuvo Bijaya family greetings : $50 ( your name/s will be published)

PUJA BHOG: 

Please let us know the day you want to offer the Puja Bhog and the item. 

MAGAZINE WRITE-UPS:

We are preparing our Puja Magazine, which will be distributed to members during the event. 

If you would like to contribute write-ups, artwork, or painting etc. to be featured in our Puja Magazine, please submit your work by September 10, 2025.

Guidelines: 

·      Write-ups: Please keep your write-ups to a maximum of 2 pages so that we can accommodate as many contributors as possible. Please submit your write-up in MS Word for formatting purposes, rest assured that content will not be changed. Please note that writing in Bengali font shall be the writer's responsibility.

·      Artwork: Please submit all artwork in PDF format.

Please note that Magazine editor/s reserves all rights to review/ take decisions on publication of any write-ups.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

We would love for you to join in by volunteering some of your time during the three days of Puja. No matter how big or small, your help will make a difference and will be deeply appreciated.
