We are excited to announce that BBC3's next event Cultural Program – featuring songs, dances and recitations will be held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025.

We warmly invite all interested participants to register by May 4th, 2025.. 

Event Details:

Venue: BMO Theatre at Shane Homes YMCA at 11300 Rocky Ridge Rd NW, Calgary, AB T3G 5W6

Date: Saturday, May 31st, 2025

Time: 5:30 PM (sharp)

Participation Guidelines:

We will be strictly following the guidelines mentioned below:

• Participants are allowed to enroll in one category only (for example either song or dance). 

• Each participant is allowed to perform for a maximum of 6 mins duration (solo performance).

• In case of group performance, please mention all participants’ names and expected time slot. Maximum allowed time for group performance is 15 minutes.

• Song, Dance, Drama, Recitation etc. performance must be in Bengali (preferred), Hindi, or English.

8. Please bring your own musical instruments like Harmonium / Tabla / Guitar etc.

BBC3 will provide the stage with microphone(s) and the sound system.

If you require a track, microphone(s), or keyboard connection, kindly provide those details by May 4th 2025.
